Reiki is a popular Japanese healing technique for stress reduction and relaxation.
Reiki promotes healing, aids relaxation, re-balances the entire system and assists with mental, physical and emotional well-being. Life can create blocks and Reiki supports us to identify and gently remove these blocks which allows our energy to flow freely.
By creating a relaxed, flowing state of being the body and mind are given the conditions they need to heal and create balance naturally.​
