Seeking support can feel like a big step. Finding the right therapist for you is important, and that is why I offer a free 15 minute introductory chat to answer your questions and check we are a good fit to work together.

You may like to include:
A brief outline of your reason(s) for seeking support
Your availability and preference for either online or in-person sessions
We can take it from there. No pressure.
If we are a good fit we can then proceed to booking your first session.
If not I may be able to point you towards another practitioner who may better suit your needs.

Everyone is different and this will depend upon your particular circumstances and goals.
During the first session we will work together to decide on a plan that works for you, taking into account need, affordability and your availability. We will then review this regularly to ensure sessions are meeting your needs.

I am a private practice, so sessions are privately funded. Unfortunately, I am unable to use GP mental health care plans and Medicare/private health fund rebates are not available.

No, a referral is not required to access my services.

Yes, Online counselling sessions offer a safe, effective and convenient way to gain support, wherever you are located.
You may be in another state, or just down the road, whatever your circumstances online sessions have been shown to be as effective as in-person sessions.
