Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), or “Tapping,” is a simple, evidence based technique, clinically proven to help reduce stress, support wellbeing, and build emotional resilience.

EFT has been shown to reduce or in many cases eliminate negative emotions, leaving you feeling calmer, clearer and more in control.

Be supported as you navigate life's challenges, in a safe, comfortable and non-judgmental environment.
